South Forty Specialties is excited to announce that Tyler Doolittle has joined the company as Business Development Manager, supporting South Forty’s next phase of growth across sales, partnerships, and expansion initiatives.
Doolittle brings deep experience in business development, franchise growth, client relations, and construction management. He holds both General and Federal Contracting licenses and will help South Forty expand its infrastructure for site readiness, service development, and installation teams. A Texas Tech alumnus and former collegiate athlete, Doolittle also brings an entrepreneurial track record, having owned, operated, and sold two companies to public entities.

In his role, Doolittle will lead market strategy, partnership development, and sales pipeline execution. He will work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to grow South Forty’s product division, expand distribution channels, and create new revenue opportunities across homeowners, builders, designers, developers, dealers, distributors, and future franchise partners.
